Julie Anne Daniel is Senior Human Resources Manager and HR Liaison at the Institute of Government. In this role, she supports human resources strategy, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. Core functions include recruiting and hiring, onboarding, talent management and
development, performance management, classification, compensation, employee engagement
and retention, and employee relations. She holds certifications as a Professional
in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional
(SHRM-CP). Before joining the Institute, Julie worked in human resources at Wesleyan
College in Macon.
