How to view your training record on the participant portal
- Login to the Participant Portal.
- On the left side of the page, click “Course Enrollments.”
- Two tabs are available under "Course Enrollments" that you can view: Enrolled and Completed. Click the tabs to view your current enrollments and your completed enrollments.
How to view transcripts on the participant portal
- Login to the Participant Portal.
- On the left side of the page, click “Course Enrollments.”
- Click “Print Transcript” under My Completed Courses.
- You will find all the courses with hours/CEU and date on your transcript.
How to check your certificate progress on the participant portal
- Login to the Participant Portal
- On the left side of the page, click “Certificate Information.”
- Click “Certificate” to see your certificate progress.
Invoice payments for participant portal registrations
Instructions: Please enter the following information on the payment page to pay an Institute of Government training registration invoice:
- Invoice #: invoice number followed by -1 (example: 123456-1)
- Date: invoice date
- Amount: invoice amount
- Then follow prompts to complete payment.
