We offer a variety of undergraduate and graduate experiential learning opportunities to UGA students interested in state and local government. Through these learning opportunities, students gain valuable experience and prepare for careers in public service.

Experiential Learning Scholarships
The Office of Experiential Learning offers scholarships to support students' experiential
learning activities. Awards are in amounts of up to $2,500. The Vinson Fellows Program, PROPEL Rural Scholars and Georgia Legislative Internship Program are all EL-approved non-course activities.
Students must be eligible and activities must be on the approved list of any college
to be considered for funding. For more information, contact the Office of Experiential
