Karen Pou joined the Institute of Government in July 1981. At the Institute of Government,
she has served in different roles for the Office of Publications for thirty-one years
(Accountant, Office And Warehouse Manager, and Administrative Specialist II). She
was promoted to Business Manager II in the Office of Administration in 2012. She retired
from this full time position in November 2015, but continued to work as a retire/rehire.
She started with the Governmental Training, Education, and Development division as a Business Manager in
2022.
