The UGA CyberArch program hosted a webinar today on the topic of security synergy and how to master asset controls in hardware and software. The webinar featured Joshua Franklin, Senior Security Engineer at the Center for Internet Security (CIS), and Sarah Day, Senior Cybersecurity Controls Engineer for the Center for Internet Security (CIS). They discussed the importance of CIS Control 1 (Inventory and Control of Enterprise Assets) and Control 2 (Inventory and Control of Software Assets) and how Controls 1 and 2 provide a robust foundation for cybersecurity by establishing visibility and control over IT assets.
This is the second webinar in a series of webinars that will be presented this year. The full list of upcoming webinars can be found on the UGA CyberArch webpage.
